This product is for preventative, long-term immune support only. One of the ingredients, Astragalus, is never meant to be used during acute cold and flu. During acute cold and flu, please pause the use of this product and switch to Fever Breaker, which helps open pores and sweat out pathogens in diaphoresis. Immune Ally can be safely resumed once cold and flu have subsided.

- Infants: Rub 30 drops onto the bottom of each foot, 2 times daily.
- Toddlers under 4: 15 drops in 2 oz of water or juice, 2 times daily.
- Children 4 and older: 30 drops in 2 oz of water or juice, 2 times daily.
- Adults: 30-90 drops as needed in 2 oz of water or juice, 2 times daily.

I am a busy working mom and can’t afford to get sick. I have been using this product daily during sick season, hoping it would help protect my immune system.
