What is your return/refund policy?
Our refund policy is applicable to unopened products and within 30 days of receiving the product. Please email our customer support team using the contact form above, and we will be happy issue a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank, please expect 3-5 business days before the refund is reflected on your account.

How do I store Brain Herbs?
Honey is a natural preservative, so Brain Herbs can be stored directly on the kitchen counter or in your pantry. It is best kept at room temperature, and consumed within 6 months of opening.
Why do your tinctures have an alcohol content?
We hear you, momma, and we understand your concern. However, the content of alcohol in our tinctures is no more than in sourdough bread or a ripe banana! The alcohol is used as the solvent for optimal herb extraction. If you are uncomfortable with the alcohol content, you can rub the liquid on your child’s feet instead of dosing it orally. It works very well that way! Another option is to drop the liquid in hot water, then let the water cool before giving to your child. What little alcohol was in the product will burn off with the heat.
What is DMSO?
Dimethyl sulfoxide, or DMSO, is a natural, organic sulfur compound derived from trees. It easily penetrates the skin and carries other substances into cells, enhancing their absorption. DMSO is also commonly used to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. Because of its thorough absorption, be sure to apply Medica Magnesium to clean, dry skin. Once it’s applied, allow it to absorb completely before applying clothing or using lotions or perfumes.
