How to use:
Apply 3-5 sprays to the bottom of the feet before sleep. Can also be used daily as needed. Massage into areas of soreness and tension. Always apply to clean dry skin. Allow skin to completely dry before applying any other product or clothing.

This is truly an amazing product. My husband has been waking up between 4:00-5:00 every morning, and has been unable to go back to sleep or sleep-in for about a year. We started using this on his feet at night a couple weeks ago and the results were instant. The first day he used it, and every day since, he is now able to sleep until 7:00 or 8:00!!! I use it too and wake up way less during the night, something I've always struggled with. I also use it on sore/tight muscles and it provides so much relief! We spray our 7-yo daughter's feet at night and she loves it! She sleeps so well and wakes up easier for school too. I feel this product will be new staple in our family's household. HIGHLY recommend!
