Dilute drops into 2 oz of water or juice. Use up to 6 times daily or as needed for anxiety, panic attacks, tantrums, insomnia or heightened states of stress.

- Toddlers under 4: 15 drops in 2 oz of water or juice as needed, up to 6 times daily.

- Adults: 30-90 drops as needed in 2 oz water, up to 6 times daily.

Our son is non-verbal autistic and has recently started having more outbursts where he escalates to self-harming and is unable to regulate. We had been giving this to him when he was in the middle of an outburst and it always calmed him down. This stuff seriously helps. I was really impressed and wish I got more because I work a lot and go to school all day most days and forgot it at home. I wish I had one in my backpack. The taste however is not great but it works.
