Dilute drops into 2 oz of water or juice. Use up to 6 times daily or as needed for anxiety, panic attacks, tantrums, insomnia or heightened states of stress.

- Toddlers under 4: 15 drops in 2 oz of water or juice as needed, up to 6 times daily.
- Children 4 and older: 30 drops in 2 oz of water or juice as needed, up to 6 times daily.
- Adults: 30-90 drops as needed in 2 oz water, up to 6 times daily.

This stuff seriously helps. I was really impressed and wish I got more because I work a lot and go to school all day most days and forgot it at home. I wish I had one in my backpack. The taste however is not great but it works.

I have anxiety and have 2 children one is autistic so it really helps. I also had a court hearing and I took some before helped alot.

definitely helps calm my son however it gives him diarrhea and gas to the point i can’t continue using it,
