This is truly an amazing product. My husband has been waking up between 4:00-5:00 every morning, and has been unable to go back to sleep or sleep-in for about a year. We started using this on his feet at night a couple weeks ago and the results were instant. The first day he used it, and every day since, he is now able to sleep until 7:00 or 8:00!!!
