This stuff seriously helps. I was really impressed and wish I got more because I work a lot and go to school all day most days and forgot it at home. I wish I had one in my backpack. The taste however is not great but it works.

I’ve noticed such a difference when I stopped using the product for a week. I was more irritable and had a lot of brain fog. I’m back to using it and loving it. I prefer the vanilla flavor.
